Crown Cabs

Prebooked a cab at 3.30 for kilmore east station to meet me at 5.25. I get a call from the driver about 15 minutes later to say he was already station waiting for me even though i CLEARLY stated that i wanted it booked for 5.25 they sent next available. My train ended up being late. I called up out of common courtesy to let them know as with previous experience i have had drivers drive off without notifying me if ive been late. I arrive at kilmore east station at 5.30. Cab is not there. I call up asking how far away it is. Get told it was 4-5 minutes away. I wait a further 10 minutes and call up again asking why its still not there. Operator on the phone has the nerve to ask why im so angry?! Rude! Only use this company as its the only one in town and sometimes its my only option.

Had a cab driver saturday night. He stunk. Like cmon. And he played indian music all the way home.

Very unhelpful. 2 hours late for a wedding, and also hung up on me.

I pre booked a cab as to avoid being left at a venue after an event alone. The taxi was booked eight hours in advance and I contacted them 15 minutes after the initial arrival time to be told that it was almost at he destination. Waited another ten minutes before calling again to receive the same message. After 30 minutes I cancelled and called an Uber as I felt unsafe being left alone in the dark (and rain)

Booked a cab to take the family to dinner. Cab didn't trun up. Rang Crown only to be told my Cab had been sent to another job and i would have too wait for him to get back 1hr (We only have 2 in town which is why i booked . Was promised one would be there to get us home. But no. Left standing in the cold. This is not the first time this has happened. The taxi industry complaints about Uber stealing there jobs they may need to look at themselves.
