Absolutely appalling today, lads. This is enough to get me to switch to Uber. I waited a total of 40 minutes for my cab, ended up being late to work as a result. I watched on the tracker as my cab went to Werribee, back to Hoppers, out to Point Cook, then out to Footscray. I'm located in Hoppers. It would've taken five minutes to drive me to work. I called up and instead of giving me an explanation, a new cab was sent to me. The new driver spoke on his phone the entire time, even accepted a call for the next client. Asked me questions that he could've easily inferred from my last answer. "How's your day?" "It's going pretty bad, I'm now 20 minutes late for work because the other taxi didn't arrive." "Oh that's not good, so are you going shopping?" Bruh, use your ears. It was like talking to an NPC. I was disgusted by today's service. I think that my initial cab picked up my neighbor instead. Drivers should start confirming by name!!

Waited over a hour with my daughter in a wheelchair for them to find me a taxi.. but funny when I got my car hit and the repairs called a line it came in 10min just show that the little people are put to the bottom

Reasonably prompt arrival. Pickup location Lil messy as in hard to pin point whom taxi would be required for. But no hassle nor getting to destination. Also need/have to mention driver was wonderfully pleasant n great help with getting full trolley of shopping in n outta taxi's boot. Lovely, clean n tidy taxi too...which honestly is hard to get/find these days. I'm a nice chick but at same time I'm a ppl hater, so for me to bother writing this is huge on its own...

Driver 602477' s agressive and erratic driving made me physically ill during a 15 min trip in the suburbs.
