Forgot how good this place is.   Going to start hitting it religiously again.  Absolutely kills it!  Good old fashioned real service from real butchers who know their meats.  The sausages are the best in the west.  Always a pleasure to drop some coin at this place...worth every cent.  Waygu Brisket on the Weber this weekend!

Great non-traditional sausage choices. Country thai sausages anyone? Or maybe mild Texas chilli / Kasmir lamb or Persian or Moroccan lamb . Award winning BBQ pork and mild Italian chilli sausages. Would avoid buying brisket from here. Grass fed meat lacks the requisite marbling and makes for dry brisket.
