Ordered an almond croissant that on my first bite was obviously a few days old and had been frozen overnight making the pastry as dry as the Simpson desert. Being the Christmas season I can understand fresh supply may be problematic. I usually do not make a fuss about these things but I chose to hand the croissant back as it was inedible. I got "would you like us to warm it up. We recommend it warmed up". Really? I said no thanks. They then looked blankly at me and after an awkward pause I said thanks and walked away. No apology or offer of a refund for serving clearly substandard product. There was another croissant in the window so good luck to whoever is fortunate enough to snap that one up today or next week sometime.
Crepe Cherie is extremely overpriced for what it offers. For $13.50 you can get a Nutella and coconut crepe that is overly stuffed with Nutella and has no coconut taste whatsoever. Plus you only get 1, which is ridicious! At least 2 for that price. The cup for tea is super small, no bigger then a child's fist. It's is a rip off for what it offers. Will not be eating here again as there are many other places that offer better quality food for half the price. For anyone else, save your money and go somewhere else.
The best I can say was the crepe was edible and hasn't made me sick yet. My wife also fell off the broken bench seat.
