DO NOT GO HERE!! Bought a car last year registered and roadworthy, never got our mechanic to check it as the dealer seemed reputable and was on the RACV approved list. Big mistake (yes I know, lesson learned). The cat started stuffing up within hours of driving out of the dealership, so we took it to our mechanic and he was surprised it even passed RWC. Oil leaks everywhere, rear brakes were totally stuffed and would not have worked if we had to slam them on – super dangerous), carburetor had been tampered with (maybe a well intentioned fix gone wrong, who knows), rear lights were cloudy and definitely wouldn't have passed, the list went on and on. This car shouldn't have even been on the road, it was a danger to us and others. I contacted the dealer to let them know and they didn't want to hear a bar of it. Just gave me the details of the RWC testers and sent me on my way. I suppose like all dodgy businesses these guys DGAF once they have your money. I've since spent a bunch of $$$ on this car and it's still not 100%. My mistake, and my loss. Lesson learned though. The least I can do is warn others to beware. If you buy from this dealer get an independent inspection from a mechanic you trust, because these guys cannot be trusted, and they won't give a hoot about you once you hand over the $$$ and walk out the door. Shameful behaviour!
