Great location and outdoor seating. We came for brunch on a nice hot day and the service was very quick you order via QR code. Avo on toast, pancakes and drinks all tasted good.
We're not locals to the essendon area and drummed up some hunger around midday. I came across Crème Café not far from where we'd parked and made the right decision to check it out. The owner was friendly on arrival and were seated to a table without more than a vax check. The acai smoothie and meals were fantastic, great portion sizes and very well presented. Staff were all friendly and helpful, overall a amazing experience.
We were happy with the food the service was average unfortunately have to order everything yourself by scanning. Unfortunately life has changed with these new restaurants where you got a serve yourself pretty much and you still pay the same price so I'm just having a whinge about that and when we went to have a coffee after our meal they didn't let us know they were closed so we couldn't scan it just shut off itself so we went inside and ordered a coffee and my friends ordered a cake and it took nearly half an hour to get them because they didn't realise we had ordered even though they took the order at the counter and we paid for it so I'm not sure what happened there
Lovely quick spot to grab some lunch. Had the lamb wrap and the steak sandwich. Options to have sweet potato fries with lamb wrap would have been preferred. Next time I'll ask. Also had coffee and ice chocolate. Parking can be an issue but if you are happy for a short walk it isn't too bad. Dietary restrictions: Catered for non diary well
Lovely place to have breakfast and brunch. Menu has a good selection of food and beverage. Vegan friendly Lots of 2hr parking nearby just right in front of the cafe, at Coles parking Accessible to most public transpo. Staff are amazing!
Walk in breakfast on Saturday morning. They had seating. Prompt service. Vax ID is requested to be viewed. Fresh ingredients. Nachos have improved since we last had them a very long time ago. They use to have a milky cream cheese. Lucky they got rid of that.
Haven't been here for quite some time. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that the menu choices were below the general cafe standard. I had the warm porridge. It was fine but I was hoping for something a little more exciting. It was a bit dry so needed some milk added. Not much fruit in the dish. In comparison to other places offering porridge this was well below par. OJ wasn't freshly squeezed but the coffee was good. There are so many cafes around that in order to compete, I feel this venue needs to lift its game. Won't be going back.
A pretty good experience with attentive and friendly staff. They were very accommodating when it came to slight menu changes, which was great. My smashed avo looked fantastic and tasted very nice but didn't really stand out from other places as such. The salmon spaghetti was delicious according to my wife. Not our first time here and we'll be back no doubt.
Perfect First Sandi our waitress was smiling , pro and efficient We had little specific orders She managed to remember everything and it was perfect. It was quick.. We had few Ceasar salads And they were beautiful , the chicken was moist, salad crispy ..delicious..We would have put a little more dressing though The Eggplants chips are STUNNING..Not the first time I choose this here Absolutely divine..A must So conclusion: We will be back .Thank you to continue smiling and your good hospitality NB :no split bill...
Such a creative menu. I had the Middle Eastern bowl, a beautiful combination of all the things I like - especially the pomegranate : My partner had the smashed Avo, with tasty nuts You should definitely try the uncanny dishes in this place. If not it would be your loss!
