impressive  Actually when I came here I had no expection for the food at this place since its only 4.1 rating on Google… but…u know…many place has a rating higher than 4.5 even not delicious enoughso I never went to a place just 4.1 points…but today we just wanted to yumcha nearbyso we came here without expect ion but got sopiled  everything I tried todayI was very satisfied especially the minced beef ball  Comparing with the yumcha in cityhere is much more worthy  And the owner told meall the dim sum were made  by his mother and daughter  cheap and homemade dim sum  U must come

Fantastic Yum Cha food straight off the wok! Tastes and flavours are a delight. The food is homely and hospitality is humble. Highly recommended.

Easily the nicest yum cha/dumplings we've had in a while the Xiao Long Bao are ridiculously good, dumplings are cooked to order as are the rest of the dishes and absolutely incredible! Delicate and fresh and SO tasty! Friendly staff, quick and efficient service, VERY reasonable pricing corkage for BYO decent too, and did I mention the food is AMAZING?! Was our first time here, but we will definitely be back to try one of the other set menus. Good luck to owners and staff during this next lockdown. We love you and can't wait to visit again!!!

I’ll go a 4 in lieu of a 3.5 The dumplings are nice enough but the place lacks a little atmosphere and it felt more like we were rushed out rather than having a leisurely lunch. I could have had another steaming dish of dumplings but our plates were whisked away and we daren’t ask for more. At least that is how it felt. It’s not yum cha. I miss the hustle and bustle of the noisy trolleys.

Ordered vegetarian dumplings which would not order again. The prawn soup was horrible, my partner ordered the Beef and black bean with honey and pepper for $15 did not even come with any rice. Very small portions at a high price. Would definitely not recommend this place.

I was craving for Chinese dim sum in a Cold day and I found this yumcha house was 2o mins away from CBd.   I had minced beef balls which were so fresh hearty made,  highly recommended,   Bean curd rolls were averge however Wonton noodle soup was not bad,  having hot prawns soup is always perfect for Cold days.  The meal was nearly $30 including a pot of hot tea  so I gave the waiter $40 to support and thank for all kitchen cooks hard work so hope they would keep up their food in good standard at all times. The waiter needs to improve his service and talking manner,  or locals may  consider not coming back bcoz some lousy courtesy.

It's a neighbourhood institution! Tasty food and great service but pretty pricey for dumplings so you'll spend $35 and still leave hungry. The shredded beef with 5 spice is crispy and delicious.

Best dumplings I’ve had so far in Melbourne a quaint little place that is clean, friendly and fast with their service. This place is a must visit if you have a craving for a simple, quiet night out with great food.. I was pleasantly surprised and craved more the next day!! YUM

Best dumplings in the north. Shredded beef is great and so is the sweet and sour pork.  The service is also really good. My wife and I have made it a regular spot for the last 4 years

Captures the essence of yum cha without all the excess. Food is freshly made to order and delicious. Place is small but homely. Definitely worth a return visit, especially when looking for good yum cha in this part of town. Recommend the beef spare ribs and the calamari too!
