After a knee ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery I went to Coyne Sports Injury & Performance Clinic via a recommendation. I found Matt and Will very professional and knowledgeable in the area of rehabilitation and injury prevention. Through continual  testing/assessment and personalised programs I feel confident I will be able to return to sport with out the risk of injury.

The most effective quality training service I've ever had the pleasure of being associated with.

Joseph's system is based on science and sound research and packaged into a user-friendly system THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

The program's that I've received were all tailor made for me, based on my goals/health status/weaknesses etc and helped me break through a number of longstanding training plateaus, all the while being fun and interesting to perform.

Joseph's wealth of knowledge across a number of fields was also invaluable whenever I (being the curious mofo I am) had a question or problem.

No doubt one of the countries best trainers, and one whom I would not hesitate in recommending to anybody, no matter your goals/age/health status.

Reached a plateau? Don't give up!! I had done the former and it was time to make a jump to the next level before the latter became a reality.  Joseph has something that goes way beyond what is being offered out there...Quite humbling for a fitness instructor to admit she needs help....What did I have to lose but some pain and bad training habits?!?  Whether it be for fitness, rehab nutritional advice or weight loss, Joseph knows how to get you past those lulls and the ability to maintain by giving you hope and new found motivation.  I have experienced this personally and have seen other members achieve their own outstanding results over the last six months.  A big thank you to the team at Coyne Conditioning for their continued help and support.  Keep up the great work!! :D

I went to Joseph quite a while ago when I was looking for a personal trainer on the Gold Coast. I got a lot more than I initially bargained for. I can say that meeting Joseph has literally saved my life as he gave me the impetus to take serious steps to getting my lifestyle changed and back on track. 
His knowledge of sport science and physiology is unsurpassed and to be frank, I'm amazed he is on the Gold Coast and not making a fortune in Sydney or Melbourne. He doesn't only cater to the professional athlete, he coaches people from all walks of life. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you want results, see Joseph (and do what he says).
