Awesome place. Staff are excellent and friendly. Only thing wrong is having people hang around outside asking for money (I get times are tough) and people trying to sell you stuff in the parking lot. Other than that its a great place to shop.

Well this store was very good. Don't know what has happened but service has slipped substantially. Don't wish to sound racist but most of the staff can't speak English very well.

Have come and gone from this Countdown for over 20 years... It is not a pleasant shopping experience at all. First you get harrassed in the car park by people wanting money or a lift somewhere then you get inside where the staff are generally unhelpful and the clientele can be a bit rough. Today we got snapped at by this man for pointing out that a self service check-out had become free and he was just standing there in a daydream. It’s got a fairly good selection of products just not a nice place to be.
