Had such a lovely experience at Z Kingsway today nnMy baby was asleep in the car, so I ordered my coffee through the app. I noticed a staff member outside and asked if he could just keep an eye on my car for a minute while I quickly grabbed my order.nnWhen I went in, the coffee wasn’t ready yet, so I came back out and told him I’d wait a few minutes before heading in again. He kindly offered to bring the coffee out to me once it was ready.nnNot everyone goes out of their way like that — such a small gesture but it meant so much as a mum. Truly appreciated!
Shoutout to the lovely guy behind the counter who told me about the Z App - it is a total game changer! This is my go to spot before the morning school run. Even when it is super busy, they always remember my order. Coffee is always a perfect 10/10. Thanks for the fantastic servicenguys!
First of all Miss Param Kaur does not deserve to work in customer service and needs to be removed from front desk immediately!! Her customer service sucks, her attitude towards customers suck. I was 1 of 3 encounters she had that I know of and if she hasn’t learnt to cool calm collect herself, customer service ain’t for her. Carrying on attitude from one customer to another is ugly. Refusing service because she looks to young but she’s shown her ID for her smokes. Then she carries on to give her mum attitude because mum wants to buy the smokes you refused to sell. Then she carries on her attitude to me and I don’t even know the people. Im not the one or the 2 .. I will be verbally complaining too.
Just ordered a flat white, was delicious, thank you so much!
Purchased two flat whites today and was once again disappointed havent been since before store refresh Partner described it as ash water. I had to clean coffee grinds off the inside of his cup and lid and had grinds in my mouthful. The coffee is being made too hot. As a former cafe manager, I'd be embarrassed if this is how coffees were leaving my store. Our coffees are headed straight to the bin after a single sip each, what a waste of money.
