Purchased two flat whites today and was once again disappointed havent been since before store refresh Partner described it as ash water. I had to clean coffee grinds off the inside of his cup and lid and had grinds in my mouthful. The coffee is being made too hot. As a former cafe manager, I'd be embarrassed if this is how coffees were leaving my store. Our coffees are headed straight to the bin after a single sip each, what a waste of money.
The manager needs to organise the rooster on when a staff member goes on a break. Don’t have one staff member on the till between 5pm to 6pm and the other is out the back on their phone. These times are the busiest when people want fuel and a coffee. Who wants to wait for ages, doesn’t seem practical especially when you can see the staff member out the back. Very poor management.
Probably one of the best Z so far. Very friendly staffs and very good coffee. All of the staffs there know how to make good coffee and yeah love the new pastries you got there.
Pre order coffee means nothing here. Everytime we order regardless of now, 5mins or 10mins, you still waiting 4-5mins. Defeats the purpose of pre-order.nnUPDATE 7 Feb - Still do not understand why you have an appointment to order the coffees. No your staff think they will make one half of the order so that it suits them. Z, why do you have an app? No use having an app. This service station is the WORST. We come here quite often but the service NEVER improves.
Love their coffees! But shout-out to the amazing person who made my lemon ginger drink this morning, loved it from the very first sip! Tangy with the right amount of sweetness with generous ginger! Thank you for being so amazing!
