I needed my screen replaced. I took it in yesterday and she said today afternoon. She said she would ring when it was ready.I went down because the number on the website rung but the voicemail was full. I hadn't recvd a call and it was almost 5pm. My screen was replaced which was good, I needed my phone for work. Could probably work on her PR skills though. This service cost me $493.

bad communication, wanted my keyboard repaired. said they would ring back to update nothing. had to go in and ask about it, they said they ordered the part and would be there but nothing.

Have been there a few times to fix multiple phones. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Also super helpful and service on all occasions was spot on and quick. Highly recommend

Techno fix was amazing great cheap price for my smashed screen. He added fixing my home button for cheaper and a free glass protector!! 3 month warranty so gives me peace of mind! Very friendly service also!

I took my Iphone6sPlus here for a screen replacement and I was pretty happy with the new screen though the glass feels very cheap compared to the glass I had before it was cracked. I got my Iphone back and I noticed that the battery was draining by the second so I took it back the next day and explained to them what was happening and I was told to leave my phone to charge till it’s 100% then it’ll be fixed. So I went back home and did what the guy said. But instead of my phone draining a battery percentage by the second it was draining a battery percentage every 5 minutes so there wasn’t much difference. I took it back again and I was told to reboot my IPhone and keep restarting and I did all these for a week I’m pretty sure they were annoyed of me. After a week of doing what they told me to do the left side of my phone screen started coming off I thought it was because they didn’t fix or put my phone screen back in properly after they replaced the screen but as I found out it was because my battery was swelling. So I took it back again and I told them what was happening and I asked him if he replaced my battery with another one and took my original one and he said no I was curious because I’ve heard about people removing original parts of electronics and replacing them with fakes so they can sell the original for higher price. I told him my phone started playing up ever since I brought it here to get a screen replacement he said it could be because the phone is old but my phone isn’t old I only had it for 5 months prior to this. I was told it’s because the battery was faulty and needed a replacement so I paid to have my battery replaced and it was costly considering I paid for a screen replacement as well. After the new battery replacement I picked my phone up and I saw that the battery percentage was slowly draining and I checked the maximum capacity of my battery and it had a line on it. I showed it to the technician and he said if I charge it my phone would be back to normal. So I went home and did all that and still there was no change it was still the same. I called them and he said I had to wait. By this time I was getting angry and frustrated because I wasted so much time and money getting something so simple fixed yet it’s all just a f-around to suck more money out of my me so I stopped going back and got my IPhone fixed somewhere else for a reasonable  price and more helpful technicians.  To be honest don’t bother going here it’s a waste of time and money.

I totally recommend Technofix in Papakura. I tried to change the screen on my ipad and made a mess of it. I took it to Technofix, 1 hour later and Nimesh had it working at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much.

My experience with Shashi was simply awesome.  He was helpful and kind.  The technical expertise was generously and very quickly shared with me and he fixed the problem with in 5 minutes.all done with smile and hassle free.higly recommend this bussiness to who needs the technical help.

I have been to many phone repair shops nationwide! But this one i give the most praise i posibly could and 5stars doesnt do it justice i would give it 6. Very helpfull and frendly staff. And the best price in NZ!! Thanks again!!! Will be going no where else!
