From the minute you walk into the Dental Surgery you are made to feel welcome! Clean, spacious waiting area. Super friendly staff across all areas receptionist/dental hygienist/dentistthat are very accommodating to your needs. Full disclosure of costs prior to treatment. So glad we took a chance and decided to choose this dental surgery!
I have only praise for Council Ave Dental. The staff are very efficient and friendly and make the whole experience as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could possibly be. The dentist is the same and takes the time to explain things and answer any questions you might have. I even recieved a follow-up call the day after to make sure I was alight. It's not often you go to the dentist and have a laugh or leave with a smile on your face, but it's the norm. with these guy's. Highly recommended to all. Cheers guy's.
Dr Jasmin worst dentist I have ever had the experience of meeting I walked out within 5 minutes totally disgusted a very RUDE and rough dentist I will never go back there EVER!!
Like some, I'm terrified of the dentist and needles. I, naturally, had a lot of tears and panicked breathing during my anesthetic injection. Dr. Alex Ong and Jordana were so kind and empathetic during my outrageous meltdown and I'm so grateful that they went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I think I've finally found a regular dentist that I trust although, in the nicest way possible, I hope to not have to come regularly! The front desk ladies were also wonderful!
A great experience from start to finish. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. Dr Koh and his nurse were extremely gentle and reassuring. I have a massive needle phobia but Dr Koh talked me through the whole process. Highly recommend Council Avenue Dental. Thanks Dr Koh!
Dr Koh is one the most skilled dental surgeons I’ve met! My lower wisdom teeth were growing horizontally and pushing on my other teeth. I was so worried about the extraction procedure but everyone at council avenue dental was so lovely and supportive. Nurse Ellen held my hand and talked to me during the whole procedure and Dr Koh was very gentle and efficient with the extraction. I hardly had any pain or swelling afterwards. Better than I ever expected! Thank you!
I firmly dislike getting dental work done but Dr Koh is amazing. I have an incredible needle phobia but he’s so kind and understanding. I still don’t enjoy trips to the dentist but Dr Koh and the whole staff make it a more pleasant experience.
Just to advise you to get a quote before you have anything done .I had a chipped tooth repaired which took only 8 minutes to fix yes 8 minutes no injection just a quick repair . $ 275.00 which is a complete over charge for a simple procedure . When a complete replacement filling with injection done only a month before was only $220.00 extremely disappointing as have been a patient for several years .Response from practice manager when price questioned was very rude and abrupt
I had my first appointment at Council Avenue Dental, it was a great experience and the best clean i have ever had. I will definitely be a returning patient and cant wait to start my oral health journey with Council Avenue Dental and Implant Centre
Worst dentist! The Dentist always wanted to reduce the surrounding teeth in order to fix the problematic tooth. Not only that, all my fillings done from that clinic didn’t last long - kept on coming off. Just a waste of time and money!! If I can give a lower rate than 1, I would.
