I am a frequent shopper here, as the deals are too good to believe and because the store really values good customer service.  All staff on the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout are very helpful and kind. It is rare to find such hardworking, understanding and patient staff- ready to assist me for my needs.  On top of that, I got a $10 coupon. One thing however is that the store floors are dusty but that does not stop me from coming.

A beautiful Asian staff member almost ran into me and walked away directly, did not even looking at me.  That was an unsatisfactory experience. I am also Asian

Went in today at 525 and was kicked out, being told they were closed. Trade is until 530 and as a buying customer your team shouldn’t be closing all the shutters early and pushing away trade.

great store, lots of bargains and friendly helpful staff, esp the blonde Aussie chick at the counter who assisted me Friday arvo.  Picked up a pair of track joggers reduced from $30 down to $5.  80% cotton, well can't have everything.  They really cost me about $13+ by the time I paid for parking and petrol to drive in there to get the $5 bargain!  Oh well, not really such a bargain on the whole as well as getting lost in the city.

A real change from the messy cotton on shops I'm used to. Some staff helpful, others not so much. The staff here need to learn to move out of the way for customers and say hello! I shouldn't have to wait ten minutes to browse!
