Awful service. Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and they put two right foot shoes in the box, the manager just could not care less. Had to return to the shop at my expense and was not offer any compensation for all the inconvenience. Strongly recommending not shopping at this store.

Worse shop ever they will not refund or exchange the female manager tall wears glasses she is a horrible person and rude when you come back for a exchange when you buy be very careful cause they will do everything to not exchange or refund you they will waste your time 1 hour for a exchange but not do it at thr end don't buy from there they will make excuses like they don't have the size u looking for or u have used the shoues when you didnt or simply tell you it's over dew for change ecen if they extend the time or promises the change or refund don't buy please dont waste ur money or time

Very poor customer service. Refused to honour ticketed pricing which they had admitted to putting up. They then proceeded to make their own pricing. The member of staff we dealt with was very rude. I won't be shopping there again.

I took my 10 year old daughter to Converse Watertown last week. She needed new high tops for school ... plus I thought I might see if there was something for me too. We scrabbled around on our own for a while before Kyra asked if she could help us. From that point on it was like Kyra was our own personal Converse guru! Nothing was too much trouble for her ... she was so incredibly patient ... her manner was friendly and helpful ... and never once was she pushy. It felt like we tried on 50 pairs between us before my daughter fell in love with her new shoes. I wasn't so lucky, unfortunately ... but Kyra helped me find the right pair for my husband, ensuring they were the wider fit, cushioned style he prefers.  It's so rare to receive exceptional customer service these days ... but we received it in spades from Kyra. She is a credit to the store.  We will definitely be back ... and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you.  PS ... I'll add that I chose the wrong size for my husband's trainers and had to take them back the next day to exchange them. Once again I received great service from the staff didn't get their names, sorry! I ended up buying a stack of tshirts and socks in the sale for Christmas presents. I had questions about sizing that were all answered knowledgeably. Everyone was so friendly and chatty and helpful. These guys are definitely doing something right when it comes to staff training. The whole experience was a pleasure ... which makes such a change!

I bought black/grey pant which was 35$ and hoody which was 30$ On the offer of buy one get 50% off for the second one on 29/06/2018 So obviously I had to pay 50$ but they charged me 52.50$ I realised this later on According to the bill/tax invoice they entered 35$ for the hoody which was supposed to enter 30$ and reduced 50% off from that 35$ So at the end I paid 2.50$ more. The worse part is I simply don’t want to go back and ask to return my 2.50$ rather than paying 4$ for their car parking. This is not a big money but I guess they do this deliberately and I’m not the only victim I guess.

Went in to speak with the assistant Manager and have a quick look around. Very friendly and felt "at home" in the store. I guess it's just the chill vibe and friendly people that made me feel comfortable. Sick clothing and shoes too as expected from Converse/Authentics factory outlet.
