This is a boutique hotel, at a very reasonable rate. It deserves a 5 star in that range...not to be compared against the likes of the luxury hotels. Staff are very good, provides free parking, rooms are reasonable in size and functional wifi. No eateries, but ample in the vicinity.

Good value for money, a room for 4 people with 4star service and free parking for less than 100$. All good mate will definitely come back. One of the cleanest accommodation we've stayed during our road trip. Very comfortable beds.

Really enjoyed my time here. Comfy room, very friendly staff, great guest's lounge room with lots of big tables for those additional office hours while watching all the St Kilda action happening outside. Great location just a few minutes to the water and next to all bars and restaurants.
