Outstanding Service From The Team At Coronis! I will be recommending Coronis to friends in my investing circle.

Coronis were very helpful when buying our property. Staff in the office and the agent were on hand to help when needed and nothing was too much trouble.

I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you are considering these guys. They never respond to emails. They are very unhelpful and wont do anything until the 4th or 5th time asking them if at all. And this is basic stuff like trying to organize a lease renewal or trying to add someone new onto the lease. Even then they will find a way to not do what was asked correctly. 

This was my first time renting a property so i was unfamiliar with what the procedure for leaving  the unit after the lease has ended. They seemed to make this a difficult as possible process and confusing as possible to get as much rent out of us as they could. They would ignore emails and tried to make it out that we would have to keep paying rent for an extra month past the lease end date. All because the owner decided not to accept our offer 6 month lease extension, they would only extend for 12 months which we were not interested in.

They thought they earned a quarter of the bond even though the house was inspected and given the all clear by them. Without even explaining why this was the case.  They even took another 2 weeks rent from our account causing it to go into negatives even though we had handed over the property back to them. Still trying to sort this out been more than a few days since we emailed them and they are yet to respond.

We are currently interstate so trying to organize this with them over the phone is impossible and they seem to use this to their advantage.Try to ring up and talk to someone over the phone such as a property manager or general manager is impossible. They will give you numerous excuses on why this is not possible and its best to just email them even though they will never reply to an email in the first place.

They had a office in Milton that closed down recently. Wonder if this one is going to follow suit.

Don't even know where to start with Coronis. They have terrible communication with each other and they only have their interest in mind so if you're expecting good service, Coronis is definitely not the place for you. Also, I disputed against the bond for the cleaning fees as I have already cleaned the house prior to leaving and left it in the condition that I was given (might even be better). Turned out, I left out some minor detail such as floor being dusty in my entry report(had no idea I had to put that down as it was my first time renting) and they used it against and that that they were not under any obligation to tell me that they were going to charge a cleaning fee until they process my bond refund a month later. My point is, Coronis does not care about anything but themselves so I suggest you stay away from them
