Hi We recently moved out of a unit in this complex and it is by far the worst moving experience of my life. BEWARE do not rent in this complex and have to deal with the woman manager! The property manager there, named Carole is a liar, and is so difficult to deal with we would never rent anywhere like this again due solely to her. We were in the unit for 2 years, paid monthly rent in advance and never complained about the unit being mouldy and completely water damaged from the place having experienced two floods in two years, yet were treated like dirt when we told her we were leaving. They tried to raise the rent by 20p/w each year and on the second attempt we said that we wouldn't pay the increased rent and that it was not in line with market. We moved out and less than two weeks later, the advertised price for the rental was adjusted back to what we were paying! Glad to be at a great new place for less money! Cheers
