Had to stay one night because all the other parks in Noosa were booked out and we're positively surprised. Nice grass field with water tabs and a dump point. We felt safe and had much more space than in a caravan park. There are no toilets though.
The site is great except for the loud factory noise. Unfortunately we parked close to the loudest source of the noise and it was a real shock to the system. However, there wasn't a good alternative to stay elsewhere so we tolerated it and spent 3 nights there. If we stay again, we would prefer to park to the left as you enter the camp area but it was full when we arrived. There's a dump point at the entrance, a sports ground to walk your pooches and we had access to water via the taps at the oval. Cooroy is a lovely town with great shops. Note there are toilets but they are locked.
Not a bad little spot for a stopover. Lots of noise from the factory nearby although there was a cute little rooster to help us wake up in the morning
Great spot - unfortunately a family seems to be setting up permanently & playing radio & loud music in the evenings. Caretakers came to take bins out and did not address- very disappointing.
Great little find. Grounds are lovely, well kept and flat. You need to be full self contained.nThere’s a dump site and water at the front.nnBe ready to be woken up really early if you are parked at the far end from the entrance against the fence.nWe didn’t read the reviews before arriving and weren’t aware ourselves.nThe weekend is beautiful and quiet.nMonday morning we were woken up.nnOnce we moved to another spot it was much better. Can still hear the hum of the fans and the workers in the factory. They didn’t finish till 9:30pm. Not sure if that’s a regular.nnIt’s worth the stay for $12. The care taker comes around to take your payment if you forget to fill in your envelope and pop in the cash.
