Extremely rude. Just asked if the bus was stopping in Remarkables park. Making sure since all the bus routes have changed and sometimes bus drivers make us transfer to another bus in the airport. She replied that's what my sign says. She said it like she was really annoyed. It was a simple question and a yes would have been okay. This is the bus number 1 Queenstown to Remarkable park at 1pm

Well I work Ritchies Transport, that ran connectabus. The local bus service is now known as OR bus "Otago Regional Council", which is the service funder and director.

I have just watch the number 1 bus at 11.20 come out of coronation drive not give way to vehicles coming down Stanley street forcing one to stop suddenly then drive through a red light turning into Ballarat street appalling driving

DEPLORABLY BAD SERVICE We bought our tickets online two nights before for the 10:45am bus to Queenstown airport. Their website advises free pick up from your accommodation. We rang them to request this, & got the OK. We were told to be ready from 10:15, which we were. By 10:45, there was no bus, so we rang the operator & was told the bus was on its way. Well, the bus driver was NOT on his way because he rang us at 11:00 to ask where we were! We told him what our arrangement was, & he tells us it's an additional $10pp, & requests that we ring the operator. We ring the operator for the THIRD time who only now mentions the fee which is contradictory to their website. After another two phone calls, separately, with the operator and the bus driver, we are finally picked up at 11:20. The other passengers already onboard are obviously unhappy to have been delayed themselves.

Hi, I will like to know why in the timetable in Frankton, say that at 3:05 pm the route 10 go to Lakes Hayes\Arrotown but the bus driver told me that he is not going to stop in Lake Hakes, why did you put one thing in the screen and after waiting 30 minutes the bus driver say that he is no going to stop on Lake Hakes that if I want he stop in the main road and after that I need to walk throught the rain. I think I am paying a HIGH price for the bus system and every day i discover worse things (like don't send buses, delays , incorrect information)
