The offices are really nice. The landscaping is beautiful. The grass, trees, and bushes were well maintained. I love the little pond and the statute. There are beautiful views of the lake with lots of seating areas to enjoy them.
There are these private green spaces adjacent to the Tempe Lake. One can enjoy the view of the water. All the activities on and around the lakeside
Parked in what we thought was clearly marked as visitor parking and the vehicle was booted. Was told that spot was ABLA visitor parking only by Marina Heights security and had to pay $50 to DTA to get to the boot removed. Every other visitor parking spot in the garage is marked with the same with big bold letters however this spot has the smallest sign on a pillar that says it’s for ABLA. Additionally the other ABLA spots have signs above the spots but this one does not. This spot needs to be marked clearer maybe ABLA VISTOR ONLY if you’re going to charge people to get a boot removed especially after business hours for people who go the adjacent gym.
Beautiful place to walk along the lake! Beautiful place to work with a breathtaking view. Haven't gone to any events but I'm looking forward to it!
Absolutely beautiful campus. Great restaurant and gym in the area. Phenomenal job working with the water and walkway behind the building. Truly an anchor for this whole business Park community.

Marina heights is a beautiful Town Lake-side office complex. That being said it is an office complex. Be advise the security force has golf carts and they're not afraid to use them.

Nice cozy plaza by Tempe Town lake. Most of it is occupied by State Farm, but they do have a nice breakfast spot and cafe here: Matt's Breakfast and Starbucks. The only downside is the parking lot closest to those two restaurants does get filled pretty quickly, and there's limited parking. After you're done eating, you can snap some nice photos by the lake. Keep in mind, I think, the parking there is for customers only so don't overstay your spot to avoid getting ticketed/towed away. :
