Great accommodation, friendly staff, incredible views and clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Perfect location to town - 5 minutes through the gardens and you are there. Due to staffing numbers in and around Queenstown, the motel was not able to service the apartment each day but more than obliging to offer additional soap/milk if we required this which was no trouble at all. Very affordable in comparison to other locations with a great view and located upon your entry into Queenstown meaning you can park the car up and walk around the township from there. They also kindly offered to post an item I left behind to me. Thanks for having us.
Not a great experience. The pictures on website all showing newly refurbished and stylish units however we were assigned to an old unit. When we ask if we can change units, was told cannot change and no refund. Wifi was terrible, slow and on and off a lot. Location was great.

Terrible. TV Broken. No netflix. Terrible state of walls. Pillows dirty. Extreme bed bugs. Table is small. Fridge is small. Sink is too low on bathroom if you're roughly 180cm.Rooms: 1/5
Staff are really friendly, lady who checked us in allowed us in early which was super helpful for us. Clean and tidy accommodation, easy walk to Queenstown central.Rooms: 3/5
Excellent location that is a 5 minute walk into town, great shower, comfortable beds and spacious clean warm room with a that you expect to have in a bedroom that's not expensive. Staff are lovely and helpful. I'll stay here again and would recommend to others if your not bothered about having a room with a view however some rooms do have a view.
Rooms are ok. Our machine broke down n the repairman was quick to come to site. He could not fix it and said he will contact the plumber. Never heard back. Front desk is rude and uncourteous. Will not consider this property for our future visits.
This was referred by our travel agent. Location wise is very recommendable as it is 8-10mins walk to the city. However, there are no enough toiletries. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but only provided 1 small soap, and 2 small sachets of shampoo. No mini toothbrushes/toothpaste. I found 1 fork very dirty which has old food stuck in between which made me washed it again. No kitchen sink/tap, only bathroom sink so we bought bottled waters to drink.
Good bolt hole for before and after a great walk. Near enough to downtown with 10 minute walk.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed in the 2-bedroom unit for 2 nights. Good location, spacious, and decent wifi.
