Such a wonderful team! was so stressed out about some financial issues and the team provided lots of answers and fixed my issue. Joseph was so helpful and the whole team was so welcoming! would recommend going to this amazing team for support!

Incredible wait times! I waited 30 minutes in line to report credit card fraud. 1 teller on shift with the line out the door. She said “because of covid we have less staff”. That’s a total cop out! It’s because Commbank is automating the system like a lot of places to replace human beings. It isn’t the staff fault, it’s the fault of the bank. Shame on you. Automation isn’t service. If you guys can’t service properly then don’t charge service fees.

Having dealt with Su and her team for a number of years now, for both my business and personal banking, I can wholeheartedly say that every interaction with the team is a great one. Nothing is ever too much work, the whole team are always very friendly and helpful and it’s also great to see a branch manager in Su being such a team player and helping out on all fronts. In a time where branches across all major banks are closing, we are very privileged as a community to have such an asset on our doorstep. Keep it up guys!

Susan Abraham went well above and beyond what I expected from a Branch manager. I had a moan about the difficulty in actually speaking to someone, so she gave me her mobile number and said call me if I have any more issues. I hope this level of service is recognised within CBA. Great job

I Have been lucky enough to do business with Sue Abraham several times   She is efficient and obliging    Will travel extra  klms just to get an appt with her.

Our merchant Terminal was suspended while I was away on holidays Store staff couldn’t do anything. when returned after 4 days contacted the CBA technical support they were just bouncing back and forth my calls , finally  Tuesday afternoon went to   the Wanneroo Branch ,  Su Abraham was so helpful , she even contacted the technical team via phone and Email and Wednesday Morning around 10ish  the Terminal issue was resolved…  highly helpful, sue even called  me to Apologise for the inconvenience caused  and  she is  a wonderful team Leader.
