Went to this branch a week ago and was served by a man who gave terrible service. I requested my account be closed. He filled out a form which was never lodged and nothing done about it. Lucky I checked with my local branch. Also gave very incorrect information about another account. Has no idea about his job. Thank goodness my local CB is so much better and corrected everything today.
Only 2 front counter staff that seem overwhelmed by the number of customers. The is no signage to indicate to customers to let the 2 front counter staff write our name down, take a seat and wait to be called. There were a few unhappy faces due to the wait.
Went in to the branch today to withdraw some money and I was met with the somewhat rude and Abysmal inconvenience of a staff member who stood at the door with a clipboard and pen who proceeded to ask me for my name and a reason why I was at the branch. I refused to Divulge that piece of information but he continued to repeatedly ask for that info and claimed they were under staffed. It's a bank, There's only ever 3 reasons why people go to one. Won't be using that particular branch again.
It's a popular branch and very busy compared to other branches. Good staff and they are fair in dealing with wait times.

Incredibly useless customer service. First you get someone who told you to wait and the request will only take 15min and next you have another guy who was trying to be smart and telling you to book an appointment and they need all the documents when clearly I have done the same process with another branch with my document already in your system! Very useless branch. Please go somewhere else
Worst service and you have to wait ages to get your turn ...won't recommend anyone to visit this branch
It astounds me that Commonwealth still beleive as a business model taking names when you enter store is a substitute to having that person actually serving rather that standing around. When you go in and wait 40+ minutes to do an ID check becasue they can't verify online why is it ok to waste my time because you won't employ additional staff when your current staff are obviously flat out, not to mention your business hours don't suit anyone with a job.
Such a regret dealing with Karrinyup branch, incompetence from two staff members here and one staff Dijana backtracking on what she said and lying about it to her manager too after messing me around. Covering your own rear by changing the words of the consumer is exactly the opposite of integrity or service!
