If it’s not bad enough you stand in line at least 20 minutes every week, you get served by staff that have 0 customer service skills. Friday your staff decided to rip up the deposit book my staff member had brought in. She then proceeded to tell her she won’t be able to bank there soon anyway. Might pay to check in with your staff and see if they are ok, they’re clearly not!

ATM machine is out of service 90% of the time broken/vandalised and takes ages to get fixed

Went to Nab at Whitford Shopping Centre this morning with the intention of opening a Term Deposit Account. I have a Savings Account with the Bank.  There was only one staff there and she attended to me after queuing for 20 minutes. She told me that to open a Term Deposit Account I have to make an appointment and there was a waiting time of more than a week !! I walked next door to Commonwealth Bank and had my Term Deposit Account opened In half an hour.

There's no people contact anymore this is bad for old age pensioners.  NAB clearly only care about money not the people.

Not friendly staff at all, do not assist you until you have to ask.

Great staff, friendly service.  They go above and beyond to help.

Staff are Helpful, however this is not a branch anymore: According to APRA, to be classified as a branch the “point of presence” must provide face-to-face service, accept cash and other deposits including business deposits and provide change. They don't provide change or face to face deposit.

This branch is a joke! It seems something as simple as a in branch bank to bank transfer is no longer possible. Zero customer service from these clowns!
