Every time I've visited this branch the staff have been so helpful and quick with my enquiry. Great customer service, just gets a bit busy at times

Husband went in at 8:50am for a complex banking transaction but was told to take a seat as they didn't open until 9:00am. At 9:am he was told no-one could help him as they were all in a meeting. He waited until 9:20am and then had to leave to go to work. Westpac has totally lost the plot. This is not the first bad experience at Whitfords Branch. We actually don't need to stay with them. We don't have a mortgage but we have money invested so seriously thinking of walking.....
