BOQ is not a business bank, everyone change banks because they charge for depositing pre bagged coins. How can a bank charge for counting pre counted coins? Next they will charge you for lining up.
Have tried calling atleast 5 times a day at different times over the past week and have not had anyone answer the phone once, I am currently immobolised due to an injury at work and need to get ahold of my bank who refuse to answer the phone.
Chris is our favourite at BOQ Hillarys, ever so helpful,friendly n attentive. He is the personification of a Bank you can love. Unfortunately he has moved on. We wish him the success he so richly deserves in NZ
Great help and outstanding customer service from Alex and Holly recently. I have always found staff at this branch very helpful. It is a great credit to all these staff and Hillarys BOQ.
This is my favourite branch to bank in WA. The team is very helpful, friendly and deliver excellent customer services, especially Chris and Courtney. Plus, the branch has been renovated with fantastic look!
Such a shame Alex has left this branch.Everytime I go in and get the tall guy teller he takes forever and forever .There was an old lady with him when I got there he was putting her through the mill.I sat and waited must have been half an hour poor lady .Two ladies before me waiting in the end a lady started serving them .Two other woman and a man entered .after me .Finally I go to counter to be put through the mill and asked so many questions he then rang my husband even though I had the proper paper work .Everybody was glaring at me .He di left the bank another half an hour later extremely upset .They know who we are we have been banking there for 18 months .What is his problem.
The best experience ever at the bank, personnel standard is very high and couldn't recommend enough.
