Took each of my children separately to do exactly the same thing. Donna decided to make the second trip a lot longer and complicated despite me explaining to her how the first child’s trip was conducted. I witnessed her discriminate in how she treat different customers of different background.

Donna quickly assessed the situation, arranged assistance and calmly guided my mum through each step.nnDonna was highly professional and compassionate, and her friendly and calm demeanour really helped my mum deal with the situation. She checked up on my mum after to make sure everything was sorted out.nnCan’t thank you enough Donna!nnThank you to the other staff who helped also. What an excellent team!

I am writing to bring to your attention the extremely poor attitude displayed by your employee, Donna. I would like to provide a detailed account of my experience:nnRecently, I had an interaction with Donna at Commonwealth Bank Warwick Branch, and I regret to say that her attitude was unacceptable. Not only did she frequently roll her eyes and appeared very impatient. Furthermore, she treated customers differently and displayed discriminatory behavior.nnI am truly disappointed to encounter such appalling service attitude in the year 2024. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but this experience has left me feeling blatantly disrespected.nnI hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
