I came to the Commonwealth Bank Cannington branch because I was a victim of a scam — someone broke into my car and stole all my belongings, including my wallet and bank cards. I was very stressed and came to this branch for help. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, Sharrolina, spoke to me in a rude and sarcastic way, asking why I came close to closing time. I left school early just to come here for assistance, and I did not deserve such disrespect during such a stressful time. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains staff to treat customers with empathy and respect, especially when they are victims of scams.
