You can see the trend!!!   Dropped in to bank a cheque during lunch. I was the first person in the queue with no one behind the counter space.
Two ladies approached me and I explained to them what I needed to do. The lady insisted I use the machine. Finally gave up and went to the machine only to find out that the machine was unable to bank it into my misa account. Had to go behind the queue and wait for an extra 15 minutes to get to the front of the queue where I started in the first place. So disappointed and tired of banks that try and do this rubbish. I would like to deal with a human for once instead of atm’s and self service or talking to robots on the phone.

Really tired of the machines being out of order, feels like every second time I go there the machine has issues. Please solve this problem or I will need to change banks. I don't have time to be constantly stuffed around. It's been a long time problem and the bank has had plenty of time to find solutions.

When i walk into a bank i know what i want to do but these damn bank concierges try to steer you away from using the counter service. They want you to use their ATMs instead. Some of them you just have to be abrupt with.

Great ATM machines. Least friendly customer service. Gives a feeling that you are not welcome to visit the branch. 8 years ago when I opened the account in South Australia, I was welcomed by friendly manager and staff. This was my 3rd visit to this branch and had bad experience all the way, as if they are more inclined to send customer to deal with machine than interact with people! Pretty soon I'm gonna close and take my business elsewhere.

Wow the outside looks spectacular, however dig alittle deeper and when i left my partner there to get a simple printout- his 3 monthly statement.
At this point i returned to CBA to find my partner getting interrogated why he needed a pen&piece of paper to write down legitimate findings.. Approaching him like a hawk ready to pounce on female member of the bank then
