I have been with P&N Bank for over 20 years and will NEVER leave.  There are staff at my local branch that have been there nearly as long, which is a blessing.  Having worked for the "competition" in my younger days, they are all just too big and too impersonal to have my business.  P&N small and personal...:)

Went into my local branch earlier this week and asked the female teller to photocopy some documents to support our housing loan application made the day before. She told me she was too busy and to come back later that day or even the next morning.!!!!!!!!!! Have written to the branch manager to resolve this and am yet to hear from him. So - maybe the staff are too busy to serve
the banks customers. I guess the next step will be a visit to Head Office and/or a letter to the CEO.
Not Happy.

20/2/15 pm.  Just been contacted by the branch manager with apologies for the above service.
Glad to know that they do take customer service seriously. Hopefully should never happen again.

I unfortunately lost my wallet last week,
I have accounts with ANZ, St. George and NAB, P and N were the only bank who wanted to charge me $10 for a replacement card, and being referred to as a consumer rather than a member did not help the situation.
The P and N app is not really an app, more like a short cut to the web based homepage - come on P and N, you really need to do better
