I visited the Commonwealth Bank in Morley yesterday to open an account, and I was really impressed with the service. Deli, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly friendly and professional. Even though my English was not perfect, she understood me perfectly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She answered all my questions with a smile and walked me through everything patiently. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this branch for anyone looking for friendly and efficient service!

I came to Morley branch with my family as we all had some banking issues. Pearl helped us to sort all of them out efficiently with her patience and kindness. Service here is great. Thank you

I went into the bank to open up a joint savings account the newish guy, tall Asian guy forgot name was very friendly. However he opened up wrong accounts and deleted one of our home loan accounts in which we put our repayments in. Please train him better or put him in a different position. Nice enough guy but it's been a really bad experience.
