My wife and I met Home Finance banker Skye Liu in this branch, worst services in our banking experiences with HSBC, this girl is not professional and we can tell she doesn't know what she was talking about, she doesn't look she like her job, no follow up at all, even can not explain what is offset account. Feel very disappointed to HSBC. Compared with other bank, HSBC does not have good staff to provide professional services. If you wanna a home loan, stay away from HSBC especially Subiaco Branch.
