So what is going on in the greedy house of Macquarie - with interest rates starting to increase across the planet - they are removing any interest payment at all for my SMSF accounts with a balance under $5,000 and then reducing the rate from a paltry 1.4% to an even less 1.3%. Enough to make you move your account and after 15 years of loyal depositing that is what I will be looking to do. SHAME MACQUARIE - SHAME!

Worst car finance company. I was with esanda then it transferred to Macquarie. I asked for fortnightly payments to suit my pay, get told oh that’s not in your contract. Call again yeah sure I’ll get that organised. Never happened.

Useless during financial hardship, offered a fair payment plan to them due to loss of income during the time and my car was repossessed.

Customer service sux, and they are the ones with the DEFT payment idea that sucks more money from the poor.

Terrible.  Transferring money between your own Maquarie bank accounts takes 3-4 days - It is not instant like it should be.  They are always the first to raise rates.
Never again - just like Suncorp
