Please do not get anything,  worst bank ever come across.  Specially credit card they try to trap in their promotion then you get something carp,  happy to let customer go as they are so egoistic.  Had to select one star if minus rating available would give you -0.

This is the worst possible example of banking I have ever experienced. I am totally bamboozled as to why anyone would use this bank.  Just try to get money out quickly for an emergency operation to pay another party. The St George Bank will force you to use a cheque which takes 5 days for the other party to access, even with a special clearance. They are a joke. Be warned.

Robotic and impersonal service over the phone, layers of people who can't talk to other people (within their own company) with this resulting in a very poor customer experience. Designed and set up to minimise customer solutions and flexibility and maximise process, procedure and profits...It's a bank...just avoid using this one at all costs!!!

Walk in at 4pm but of course no one can help because the Perth branch doesn’t have the authority to do a damn thing and the Sydney head office is shut. What’s the point in having a western office if it’s running on eastern time?!
