I visited the branch this morning, not long after opening time, expecting delays and bad service, going by these comments but got in straight away and, after talking to the loan guy, negotiated a decent reduced rate on my home loan. Mind you, I found out a couple of weeks ago that my rate has been slightly higher than average (compared to competitors) for the past couple of years, but at least when I asked about it, they reduced it. Can't speak for the lunchtime rush or if you have to go in frequently, which I don't do. Can see how it would be a total pain though, having only the one branch.

How many ways can one describe pointless , useless, and waste of time. Run away !! Now !! - once you're trapped into some hairbrained product, its a never ending treadmill of rubbish and excuses. Almost impossible to get to, in Perth Surly self important staff . AAArgh !

Gone from being a great bank to an appalling bloody joke! Won bank of the year and promptly closed all its branches state wide! One branch left in the city. Huge wait time with no staff, hot as hell and stinks of curry as they burn smelly candles! Go anywhere but these guys - don’t walk .......RUN!!!
