More retail outlets should aspire to provide the kind of top quality service The Commercial Hotel provides all-round.
My mother went here for lunch - they brought out a steak that was mostly gristle, and charged her $30. When she sent it back to be fixed, they sent it back with raw vegetables. Terrible service, would not recommend
Clean hotel with friendly staff that will go out of their way to make their customers happy
