This is a great little, quiet, tidy and clean motel in a good part of town with a on site restaurant during the week
I spent a week here recently for work purposes. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Room is dated but I like retro decor so it's fine by me. The in-house chef does some fantastic meals. I had two during my stay and they were both absolutely delicious and perfect portion sizes. The gardens around the place provide a bit of privacy for guests and they look great. The only negative I could say is that I put the 'Do not disturb' sign on my door handle and my room was still cleaned. Not really a big deal but I like to be environmentally friendly where possible and don't need fresh towels, bins emptied each day. Other than that, it was a great stay.
The room was clean neat and tidy.. Staff were amazing and the meal in there on-site restaurant was to die for.. Highly recommend.. Will stay again
Room was clean and tidy. Price is reasonable for the location. Stayed the night for a work related trip. However, the old man owner at the reception was abhorrently rude and disrespectful. We were fatigued on a late night weekday and called the reception for some directions. When we made contact, the owner outright yelled at us, acused us that we were blaming him for being lost? What? His behaviour during the check in process was also very disrespectful and outright unacceptable. If we were not fatigued from our drive, we would have walked away and found another place to sleep. Will be informing friends and colleagues to stay away.nPs: The lady owner was very nice, would give 5 star if we had dealt with her throughout instead of the mannerless old man.
Stayed here overnight as a last minute booking. Very reasonable price $115 and we enjoyed a clean tidy room with probably one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Would stay here again!!
