I as well had a bad experience with a "young girl"..bought bags then had to refund (which I got a gift card instead) she said our store policy is not to give refund- I had contacted her manager which she then asked the store to refund me in full.
My work mate and I went back to the store to get the refund. The 'young' girl made us aware that this is a "small" store to give refund (a store is a store, size should not differ at all). My mate pointed out to her there were no signs for refunds and exchange policy, she replied " there is a sign by the door and if you do have problems contact my manager, I just work here" 
She then threw money in my hand with no sign of apology. And yes there were no sign of refund and exchange by the door.

We visited this store yesterday and made a purchase of $200 worth of bags to gift our friends and family and we had the most humiliating experience of our lifetime here. The girl in the shop used the following sentence when she spoke to my mother who is in her 50s "could you not pick these bags from its place just look at them and if you want to buy them that's when you come and ask me that's when I will show it to you coz we close at 6 today then I will have to wait back and wipe the bags and arrange them"  it was just 5:05 when we entered the shop. Just to let you know young lady who works at the store my mother may be wearing Indian ethnic dress she isn't uneducated she is a college principle. Your attitude reflects how uneducated you are. This store needs better staff.
