We have been purchasing jewellery at The Diamond Shop for over 25 years so of course we returned to them to get my wedding, engagement and eternity rings remodelled into one ring for our 20 year wedding anniversary.  After a lot of nerves prior to picking up my ring, on the day I couldn't believe how beautiful my ring was - it was exactly what I wanted and the end result was stunning!   Nicola had even gone as far as engraving "20 years" inside the ring which was a wonderful surprise.  Nicola was absolutely fantastic to deal with and after seeing the renders of my ring verses the real thing, they just didn't do it justice!  Huge compliments to your jeweller as well, as they took the image of what I wanted and made it into something that I am so in love with.

The service I received at The Diamond Shop was fantastic. Nicola was extremely professional and the diamond engagement ring I bought is beautiful. She worked within the extremely short time frame I gave, opened the shop early for me one morning, hand delivered the ring to Auckland airport collections point and had it resized free of charge, within 24 hours, a few weeks later as I had erred on having it made slightly too large. She sourced the perfect diamond and was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to designing the setting. The ring is absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted and thank you Nicola for making the whole process efficient, stress free and enjoyable.

Dan at the diamond shop was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the perfect diamond engagement ring for my wife 2 years ago. The prices are surprisingly competitive. I took some quotes from certain stores and they were able to source better quality rock and for better price. They also arrange all was needed for duty free. I would highly recommend them for people looking to get an engagement ring. They treated me with respect and the experience was first class. Keep up the good work. A++++

Me and my fiancé are so grateful to The Diamond Shop. They’ve made our wedding bands exactly as what we’ve wanted.. from the carats, to the width, depth and style. Plus the complimentary engraving of our names and suit our budget too! So happy! And love the Comfort Curve of the rings on our fingers!

Out of all the people we approached, you definitely came out on top.
