Grant is just an amazing person to deal with, not only did i get a beautiful ring from Carats jewellery, but when another jewellery shop told us they made mistake on my husbands ring two weeks from the wedding date. One email to Grant was all that was needed and he looked after us. I cannot be anymore grateful!! Highly recommended!!

Goodness 2009! A few years have past now since you made my gorgeous engagement ring, but I still get comments from people I meet when they see it. I still LOVE it! Thanks for looking checking it over for me every year or so - I do appreciate the service. Judy Wood

Walked past the store the other day couldn't help walking in. Their amazing authentic custom made designs jewellery stands well above the rest. You can see the jewellers sitting at their benches working away. Their range or emerald and sapphire rings is the best I have seen for a long time. They were even able to show me stones they have in stock and build the design in front of me. Thanks heaps guys
