Very disappointing that Kagi no longer repair their products as I have found that the wiring just does not stand up to even minimal wear. This is the second time I have required my bracelet to be rewired and have also had to have a necklace repaired due to wire failure. I couriered my bracelet in for repairs (as per the online repair form and instructions) and it has been returned with a note to contact a Christchurch company for repair assessment and quote! I am willing to pay a cost for ongoing/repeat repairs but please make it convenient and reasonable.
