The winning factor about this particular Coles supermarket is their checkout staff, every cashier I’ve dealt with are always bubbly and friendly. Their fresh produce is usually very good quality sometimes a bit too expensive, and we have opted for local fruit and vege shops instead, e.g for 1 avocado at the moment is $3, at our local fruit and vege shop you can get 3 avocados for the same price! Store is clean, however, their big trolleys are really annoying to manoeuvre, especially during rainy days into the car park area, may be a hazard for elderly as you do need to push really hard when turning. Security guards are usually present during busy hours.

Lost my phone in the shop. Went to optus who tracked it as being inside coles. It was then quickly turned off. At 10pm that night it was switched back on inside coles - I spoke to the manager the day after who seemed very concerned and said only cleaners, security and night fill were in there at that time and said he would follow up. I didnt hear from him, and I didnt get my phone back. Shifty staff, not happy.
