This Coles is clean and well organized. Additionally they have available responsibly sourced farmed sea food from Australia. Its quite hard to find this combination in lots of the supermarkets. Either the seafood is responsible farmed from overseas, or its from Australia but not responsibly farmed.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Especially Pratiti who serves on register. Has a real mouth on her and isn’t afraid to belittle and argue with customers. Have no clue how she is even employed in customer service. Should be sacked!

COLES will NOT PACK YOUR BAGS !! And staff 1/2 asleep ! Had a very BAD experience . WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN ! The black guy with the fuzzy hair served me, Had no idea what he was saying, and would not pack my bags, Whats the sense of bringing your own bag , If there not going to pack it... COLES Need to Drop Prices even more... If there going to run there stores like Aldi .

Very lacking in vegan and non dairy options. Coles is lacking behind even tiny independent supermarkets in the vegan and vegetarian spaces Coles constantly has junk food and very unhealthy food on large sale e.g. 50% off. Coles also puts a lot of unhealthy food at child night, enticing children to look at and probably ask their parents to purchase unhealthy items Woolworths has a slightly better product range when it come to vegan and non dairy options. There is often items sold out at Coles Collingwood with empty spaces in shelves.

Nice and well equipped supermarket. Good variety of products. Nice and helpful staff. Free limited parking with a shopping docket.
