I’d give them less one star if I could. No staff when you need it, unable and unwilling to help if you can obtain the attention of one. Going through self check out is joke with checkouts constantly throwing staff check errors and menu navigation isn’t user friendly either are the management staff. The large blonde in particular taking it upon herself to tell a customer that she was off the clock defending her loitering and very long conversation with other unoccupied staff, while there were 3 customers waiting at least 5 mins shouting to be seen while she eye rolled and rudely turned her back. leaving one staff member to do all footwork and apologising she’s why I give the one star. I’ll be checking out aldi and or other competitors. The lose of service isn’t with the rewards points.
Just driving at the car park, no give way sign and trolley guy wasn't using a pedestrian crossing and entering the middle of the roadnnI continued driving as he continues to walk on the middle of the road with trolleys instead of stopped and waiting so he hits my carnnI'd recommend walking on the side of the road next time and using crossings, otherwise you could wait if you see a car driving.nnI know not everyone has commensence nowadays however for an adult doing a child's job you'd think it'd be easy to understand and not bang on someone's car? Really are you 5 throwing a tantrum?
I enjoy shopping Coles Pialba easy to find items. The store is very clean tidy with lots of stock on the shelves. The staff are friendly & helpful. Great shopping & easy very relaxing. Well done Coles at Pialba Store.
I just did a regular big Sunday shop at Coles Hervey Bay. The difference with today was that I was served by a wonderful young man named Aaron. What a breath of fresh air. Very friendly & efficient - a real people person. You will make a fabulous nurse one day. Keep up the great work Aaron. Thank you for turning a chore into a pleasure. Clean. Well presented and wide aisles making for easy and convenient access to items. Very relaxed atmosphere that makes the experience feel more comfortable.
