Well stocked, good service.  Had an issue at checkout where the special that was marked down they re-negged and had me pay full price so I left it at the counter. They were calm about it

It's ok for some things.  But lack in a lot of things.  Staff been happy to help someone in need of help.  Not been so rude and blunt. But everyone has to judge.

Shopped here 16 Jan, went out self service and they lady rushed over to help me scan my items. Appreciate the service but I go out the self service so as not to be bothered. Help those who need it

This week the fruit and veges were very old in Coles we walked out and went to fresh and save. But staff are friendly and the store is clean other options in the bay are better priced.

Highly recommend this Coles friendly helpful staff . This Coles is cheaper than the Coles at Stocklands Hervey Bay .nWide isles for trolleys and mobility scooters .nClean tidy store easy to locate products .
