Woolworths Urangan is a very easy store to shop in. Set out well, great staff always willing to help if needed.nCheckouts are easy to use, floors clear of obstacles so for people with a disability it's so easy for shopping. Great variety of products available too.
I know it’s winter, but damn Ellen was cold at self-serve. It’s bad enough that we get locked in the self-serve area after we pay, it’s even worse when the help seems totally disinterested being at work.
I am sick of driving to this store for their baked bread in store when they don’t do it. This has been going on since Xmas, went into today and no bread or any baked goods. They might as well close it down as they don’t bake like they use to. Go to another store or bakery and give Woolworths Urangan a miss!
Click and collect staff VERY RUDE! They seriously need attitude adjustments. Ask a question and be prepared to be huffed at and walked off on. Worst Woolworths ever! The one at Pialba gives better service by a country bloody mile!
