Worker put his hand over his face and walked away when i asked him for help...you may be busy, but never too busy to help a customer. Literally walked out afterwards.

Decent Coles but with a wonky floor. You'll get a bit of a core workout wrestling your trolley around the aisles!

Not a bad Coles. They have some good service and open up manual lanes on demand. I have yet to wait in line even during the busiest times. The good: Fresh food, some of the best I've seen. It rivals the Richmond coles on swan. Excellent staff. Nice deli. Check out is one of the best in Melbourne. The bad: The layout is silly. You have to walk extra far to get a cart for no reason. Putting the carts one direction in a walkway is a little foolish. The fresh veg is very hit or miss. They have serious competition a floor below and as a result have cheap and often good fruit and veg, that said, a floor below gives you far better quality and the same or lower cost.
