Coles is an OK supermarket close to free taxi phone some of the fresh potatoes are not real fresh probably due to the hot weather.

I left Cairns 5 years ago. We moved to Perth WA chasing  the mining dream.  When it dried up and we returned  this Oct 17. To my surprise 5 years later key people  are still there. I was so chuffed The Gorgoues  Leah in  Deli then I saw Marlene in check out.  Apologies for the other 5 staff that have been with coles from 2015. For myself  to see familiar  friendly  faces ..PRICELESS. ...

Very disappointed. Wanted sweet scrolls but there were no loose ones. I do not want all that packaging. Even the closed display case had a plastic package in it! Too much packaging everywhere. Very helpful staff readily available. Really like that.
