This Cole’s has gone downhill very fast it’s the worst it’s ever been… Management what management???… they rarely have the product your looking for and take forever stocking up on products….the deli is disgraceful and I can tell you now that all the hams and salamis most of the time are not fresh at all… the fruits are not good at all and I recently stumbled upon rotten fruit mixed with some fresh fruit just disgraceful…vegetables not any better.. what the hell are the workers doing ??? Customer service forget it what customer service??? apart from the beautiful Mary there is no other customer service… this lady is just a gem and she knows what customer service is all about.. she’s patient with the customers… she answers all questions they have.. she packs your groceries to perfection … she’s always happy and smiling and chats with her customers that’s why everyone goes to her because she’s the best….Management need to get their shit together because it’s just unacceptable……
I had a great experience today at Coles, Swan street Richmond, thanks to Steffen. He was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. He, and Jacob, are definitely stand out members, and Coles are lucky to have them.
This would have to be one of the worst examples of a Coles supermarket, yet it sits in an iconic building.nnThe range of products is minimal, often with only Voles brand products on offer. The check-outs have been open less than 50% of the times i have been, despite it being during peak times, instead, management try to force you to use self-checkout.
Do not buy their organic Inglewood chicken if you value your time and/or money. Whole chicken full of feathers left on the skin. I never mind when chicken has a few feathers but this one took me an hour and if wasn’t even fully cleaned up as I simple didn’t have more time.
A better than average Coles store, but being a very busy store it often has items not available on shelves. Love the mochi ice cream and freshly squeezed OJ that’s available, would love to see more of these gourmet offerings check out the Coles Port Melbourne to see what they have on offer... Great to see the old Dimmy’s building have a new lease of life!
