Good store and well stocked. I always buy fruit buns at your store, today I was eating one and then I noticed there was a bit of plastic string sticking out of one. Just though I bring it up. It's first time it happened

People making reviews about bag checks, it is a condition of entry in all of Australia. They ask to check and you reserve the right to refuse but they in return also reserve the right to ask you to leave the store. If you didn't steal anything just show it, if they have a bad attitude focus on that instead.

Zero complaints. I've never had anything but extremely positive experiences with all the staff. Tracy and Preeti forgive the spelling go out of there way at the checkouts and always greet me with a genuine smile. To anyone who has had a negative experience in the comments below, I'd suggest this: Treat people as you wish to be treated. I've seen customers being incredibly rude. Well, these staff members are humans, not mindless zombies for you to take out your rage on, just because you couldn't find the right sized apple. You want good customer service? Be a good customer.

The cashier Aysa, has a very bad attitude! I ordered some products, but when I went to pick them up, the place didn’t have what I ordered. Instead, they just gave me whatever they had in a trolley.nAt the time of payment, the cashier started yelling at me, saying I should just take one item, and she would input the quantity. I explained to her that I didn’t want all of them because the quantity didn’t match what I had ordered. She continued yelling at me as if I didn’t understand and said, “TAKE ONE, AND IF YOU DON’T WANT IT, TAKE IT BACK AND PUT IT BACK IN ITS PLACE!”nI totally understand that she wanted me to return the unwanted items, but first, I didn’t take the items, so I don’t know where exactly return it. Second, she’s working in customer service, so if she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t bring a bad attitude to the customer. Instead, she should stay home.

There is self serve checkout.nnThe prices are low probably because there are 2 other major supermarkets nearby. Total competition in a free market brings benefits to customers as an economic principle.
