Am a regular customer from 2022 in Woolworths metro Prahran. On 17/10/2024, around 5 pm, I went there to buy some snacks, but nothing was there in the hot snack section. When I am exiting, the security asked me to open my bag loudly, and he wants to check now. I asked him why you want to check my bag, and he told you bag checking, bag checking. Really, it was very unpleasant for me, and people around me were smiling at me, off course they can check bags. Maybe that’s their policy but in front of other people is not acceptable in my opinion.nMade a complaint online, They lost 2 regular customers who spend more than $200/week on groceries, Hello coles!!
